Financial Controller
London / Home based - London
Small specialist Lloyd’s Broker is looking for an experienced Financial Controller. In this newly created position, reporting to the CFO, you will be responsible for the following:
• Bank reconciliation
• Cash flow preparation and monitoring
• Daily review of bank statements and liaison with Bank including on-line access
• Preparation of Monthly Management Accounts
• Maintain supplier settlement system
• Validate supplier invoices received
• Maintain Accounting records
• Manage Corporate Credit Cards
• Periodic review of un-invoiced transactions lists
In addition, you must have a detailed understanding of IBA Accounts to include understanding of Signing Messages and Bordereaux processing.
Experience of Xero would be advantageous and the company has said that the location of this position is flexible, with office based full time (once possible) or a combination of working from home with a couple of days in the office as available options.
