Salary: Up to GBP 50,000 p.a. depending on experience
The Company
Our client is a long established and much respected independent firm of Chartered Valuation Surveyors, Auctioneers and Estate Agents based in Warwickshire.
The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Valuation Surveyor to join our client`s rural and residential general practice at the centre of Warwickshire. The successful candidate will need to be a `self starter`, looking to develop a long term career, helping to drive the business forward.
Role Responsibilities:
* Involved in generating fee paying income.
* Undertaking a variety of professional valuation work (bank valuations, homebuyer reports and building surveys).
* Developing and maintaining local and professional contacts.
Essential Skills and Requirements:
* MRICS qualified.
* A full UK driving license.
* Ability to work under own initiative.
* Self-motivated.
* Commitment to maintain your skills, knowledge and experience.
