Job Summary

The Partner Director identifies maintains and expands relationships with strategically important partners. Assigned to key partners and prospects, the role is responsible for achieving sales quota and assigned partner objectives.

You need to be driven, self-disciplined and good at building relationships, as well as motivated by new names, new logos and the associated earnings that come from being successful. Acting as a conduit and main contact between the strategic partners and BlueVenn you will need to be professional and articulate, as well as be able to understand complex data marketing issues and not be afraid to resolve them.

The Partner Director reports to the Vice President of Sales Eurpoe and works closely with Marketing, Solution Sales, Product and Business Development teams covering the UK and Europe and as such the role may involve European travel.

You will ensure the skill levels and methodologies used by your team are consistent with the company`s desire to continue being recognized as the premier Customer Data Platform and Omni-Channel Marketing Hub in the eyes of the wider marketplace.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

* Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts.
* Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including sales support, service, and management resources, in order to meet partner performance objectives and partners` expectations.
* Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts.
* Proactively leads a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship.
* Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates partner needs on an ongoing basis.
