The Client

Our client is a Wealth Management company who are a small and agile firm with a big firms strength. They are a growth company but without the bureaucracy. The company have a small company feel and culture and have an agile, motivated team of approximately 20 talented individuals supporting our growth. They operate from a suite of modern offices in Hitchin, Hertfordshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for a sales-driven advisor who wants to take the next exciting step in their career. The successful individual will work remotely from home reporting to the office as and when required.

The Role

This is a hybrid role combining the servicing of an existing portfolio of private clients with the ability to develop new clients using your business development skills and experience.

Client Servicing:

You will be responsible for servicing an existing client bank. In this capacity, you will be securing the current client FUM and providing an outstanding client servicing experience. You will have the chance to work with existing clients to sell through the family generations and gain referrals into other trusted relationships. Most clients are North London and surrounding Home Counties (Beds, Bucks, Herts, Cambridgeshire...). Success criteria in this role will be linked to FUM protection.

New Business Development:

You will be expected to develop new lead sources, such as introducer relationships and other referral networks. This skill set will be crucial to your success in this role. Success criteria in this role will be linked to new IAF generated.

Previous Knowledge and ExperienceYou are fully Diploma Level 4 qualified and have at least 10 years offering holistic financial planning to UK clients.

You have a proven sales track record and have experience creating additional opportunities through introducer relationship, referrals etc.

You may have IHT or pensions experience which would be an advantage

You have some relevant experience in the corporate market

Ideally, you have experience with an IFA firm and understand how they develop additional opportunities through existing client and introducer relationships

You have overachieved in previous sales/advisor roles

You have a high work rate and understand what you need to do to keep your diary full

You can demonstrate that you are very proactive, dynamic, ambitious and aspire to a certain lifestyle for yourself and your family
