Senior Building Surveyor - Northumberland

Salary: GBP 45-55K

Our client is a multi-faceted business involved in estates buying, selling and developing property and land and is also an investor in farming, forestry and tourism

The Role

Responsible for overseeing the project management of major building projects.

Role Responsibilities:

Required skills: Project Management Design Dilapidations Contract Administration Condition Surveys Party Wall Planned maintenance programmes Energy Efficiency/Environmental Impact/Sustainable Construction CDM/HandS

Knowledge of working with historic buildings would be advantageous.

Full driving licence

Essential Skills and Requirements:

Ideally have a minimum of five years practical experience in traditional, commercial, and residential properties.

Building Surveying degree (or other relevant property/construction degree)

Building Surveying Chartered (or suitable relevant experience)
