Salary: GBP 40,000 - GBP 50,000 uncapped OTE

They are an award-winning Tech for Good Company that is bridging the gap between health, housing, local government, and the community via their portfolio of digital social prescribing products and consultancy services, designed to support the strategy and practice of self-care and independence, and community resilience.

The Role:

Reporting directly to the CEO, the Business Development Manager will hold an important role within the Sales Team with the ultimate responsibility of increasing the growing network of customers and generating revenue through the sales of its Core Platform and complementary products and services.

Role Responsibilities:

Understanding the challenges facing stakeholders in social prescribing and population health management.

Exceeding monthly growth revenue targets.

Sourcing, developing, and closing contracts with new clients in health, housing, Local Gov, VCSE, prisons, and educational institutions across the UK.

Managing prospects efficiently and effectively through a structured sales pipeline.

Documenting and maintaining the company CRM at all stages.

Establishing a pipeline to support delivering future targets.

Maintaining accurate sales forecasting.

Communicating customer requirements effectively to the team of Project and Product Managers.

Essential Skills and Requirements:

Proven Manager with experience in new sales, driving, and closing deals in health, and wellbeing and technology scenarios.

An established network within Primary Care.

Works to target and has exceeded revenue targets in previous roles.

Comfortable with demonstrating digital technology, processes, and systems.

Highly organised, focused, and disciplined.

Great communication skills, writing, and presentation skills.

Natural communicator, sociable, and dynamic, bonds easily with others.

Resilient and tenacious - loves finding solutions to meet customer needs.

Energetic and hard-working.

Self-motivated and takes initiative.

Eager listener and fast learner.

Dependable and accountable.

Has a strong network of contacts with secondary care, local authority, housing, and public health.

Understands the issues facing the voluntary, community, and social enterprise sector.

Understands and has experience of Population Health Management.

Full, clean driving license.
