My client, is human-assisted AI platform specialist who help their dedicated customers build, run and scale tailor-made software. They are looking to hire a hands-on and strategic Product Sales Manager who has experience with a complex software sale with AOV (Average Order Value).
They also help you build mobile apps, websites and wearables - no techie skills needed and have aftercare warranty to make sure your software never goes out of date and they guarantee big savings on your cloud spend.
Purpose of this role:
They are looking for an experienced Product Manager, reporting to the VP Growth to join their international Growth team in London at a stage where you can really make a difference.
With over 100k visitors coming from various channels each month and looking for different solutions, you will have the opportunity to build product-specific funnels to provide their future customers with the best experience.
As a key member of the Growth team, you will be responsible for contributing to the company`s overall product strategy and alignment with business`s ambitious goals. If you are someone who likes to be both strategic and hands on, in a fast paced environment, you will love this role.
What will you be doing?Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of key growth product initiatives
Create a vision and strategy for new customer pathways to conversion and cross-sell
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to develop a roadmap of growth projects
Coordinating with channel managers on journey mapping
Collaborate with their CRO Lead to inform their data-led multivariate (A/B/n) testing at scale (in cooperation with product, design, revenue and analytics teams)
Build feedback loops for customers and stakeholders to measure and learn
Evangelise the Studio product roadmap across all channels and ensure everyone`s buy-in
Enhancing their value proposition through in-product upsells or cross-sells
Constantly monitor data and analytics to optimise their customer experiences worldwide
Requirements
3 years experience in solving product growth challenges (AOV of $30k )
Proven track record of improving digital conversion rate and customer retention through on-site and off-site A/B testing
Proven track record of getting projects from an idea to live
Strong experience with: Google Analytics, Google Optimize, Google Tag Manager, Mixpanel and AB testing tools
Strong analytical skills
Some experience with: Salesforce, Tableau, Webflow, Figma
Experience in a high-growth company is preferred
