Our client, a highly respected independent broker, is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join their small but growing London office to develop an Employee Benefits book of business. The company already has an extensive client base from which much of the new Employee Benefits business can be developed. Candidates that have existing business and/or contacts in this area would also be highly desirable. The successful candidate will have excellent insurer relationships and the ability to set the operation up from scratch. Our client is therefore open to employing a small team in addition to the Business Development Manager.
