The Role:

I am looking for a Head of Clinical Services to manage my client`s Occupational Health London Construction team. You will focus on providing clinical leadership and direction to the Clinical Teams.

You will have previous Occupational Health construction experience, previous clinical management experience, an excellent working knowledge of construction related hazards and previous experience with health screening, medicals and drug and alcohol testing.

This is a full time role managing a team across multiple sites so travel throughout London is essential, for the right individual we are offering a competitive salary.

You will be managing and supporting specific client contracts and clinical services as required, to include supporting and running dynamic wellbeing campaigns for construction clients.

Working with the HR recruitment team to effectively manage the staffing requirements for your contracts ensuring that all staff are suitably qualified, inducted and trained to provide a quality service.

You will be a Registered General Nurse with OH qualification must be on Part 3 of the register.

Key Skills: RGN, NMC3, management experience,
