We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced, HCPC/NMC registered practitioner to join us as a Clinical Business Manager for our London Team. We are a national, award-winning provider of rehabilitation solutions for individuals who have incurred life-changing personal injuries and/or are absent from work.

Location: London (flexible home / London office based)

Hours: Full-time

Salary: GBP 55,000 to GBP 65,000 / year (Dependant on Experience) car allowance incentive benefits (listed below)

About You:

This is an exciting opportunity for the right person to build a market leading team to service the London Market. Ideally looking for a HCPC/NMC registered practitioner (occupational therapist, physiotherapist, nurse, etc) with a background in case management, vocational rehabilitation and proven experience of managing a team of clinicians.

This is a customer facing role and similar experience and knowledge of the London Solicitor Market would be an advantage.

You will need to be able to inspire and lead a team of clinicians as well as work collaboratively with the wider leadership team. Working in line with our company values, you should be a skilled communicator, with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, and be a great networker. Highly organised, innovative, flexible and results focussed are other desired skills.

The Role:

This is a senior leadership role, reporting to the Commercial Director. The successful candidate will manage our new London Team of case managers.

The Clinical Business Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the case managers and other staff that make up the team. Working with the Commercial Director to agree the strategy and annual goals for the team, you will drive performance and productivity. Working closely with the Technical Operations Manager, you will ensure effective communication and adherence to company ways of working in order to achieve excellent outcomes for our customers and clients.

Responsibilities will include:

* Market engagement including presentations and meetings to promote the services of the Team
* General support and coaching of team members, including workload management
* Performance management activities, including monthly reviews and annual appraisals
* Clinical case reviews, supervision and audit
* Overseeing team adherence to financial targets and service KPIs
* Support with case allocation and customer enquiries
