My client is a trusted supplier of software technology to the financial services industry (wealth management) and has a flat structure and employs many talented people who all work together in a flexible and communicative environment. They are looking for a candidate who will play a critical role in the success of the business going into the future.

The Role:

I am looking for a Product Manager who will be responsible for my client`s Wealth Management Platform (including roadmap and strategy) and in addition provide line management for the Product Owners and Business Analysts. You will work closely with the Global Head of Product to lead the BAs through a period of product investment to successfully deliver multiple and complex products.

You will provide expert solutions and enhance product innovation and development opportunities; Drive market growth in my client`s Wealth Products; prepare and present product investments to the board; make decisions that are client driven while ensuring the best use of technologies, and be an escalation point on product requirements.

You will clearly communicate and prioritize product management workstreams, while working on the continuous improvement of product processes.

Partnering with the Global Head of Product and other Product Managers you will help define and deliver an aligned product strategy and own product roadmaps.

Building and maintaining product teams, you will ensure they are motivated, communicating, collaborating, and working together effectively.

You will work with Business Analysts to ensure the delivery of products on time, within budget and quality, and will track against delivery plan and report to the Management Team, Account Manager, Service Managers and Product Managers.

Mentoring and coaching teams in their development while encouraging knowledge sharing across product teams, you will be facilitating full AGILE processes across all delivery teams.

You will be providing accurate delivery estimates and resourcing plans for forecasted projects.

You will have experience in financial services, team management within a software environment, experience of process improvement including AGILE methodologies in Product Management, experience in road map management for multiple products, a strong and influential communication style and strong technical understanding. You will have a successful track record in leadership through the complete Project life cycle. Experience in leading and motivating a multi-disciplined team, pro active in your approach to planning, risks and opportunities. Strong presentation skills.
