Senior Architect - Maidenhead, Berkshire

The practice has experience in designing complex infrastructure projects, BREEAM-standard buildings and mixed-use developments, and pay the same attention to detail when designing a beautiful home extension or adding space and light to a care home for the elderly.

The Role:

My Client is seeking a Senior Architect with a minimum of 8 years experience, excellent design skills and planning and technical knowledge to join this exciting practice in Berkshire. Candidates should be enthusiastic and talented, looking for an opportunity to grow and develop within the expanding team.

The role will predominantly be small to large-scale residential with the opportunity to work on a variety of other UK-based sectors, ranging from mixed-use, educational, and data centres. Working across RIBA States 2 -6.

Candidates should have a thorough understanding of AutoCAD and Revit. Applicants should have experience in Planning and Permitted Development Rights and residential construction drawings and detailing. The application will require drafting skills, written and spoken communication skills, and the right candidate will have ideally 8 years experience and the ability to work autonomously.

Salary will be negotiable depending on experience.
