The Role
The Letting Negotiator will be committed to provide a high quality, professional and efficient service to clients, will have a great negotiating skill and will be able to show the commitment and good attitude. The role requires great customer service and people centred approach.
Role Responsibilities:
* Excellent negotiating skills
* Excellent customer service skills
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Commitment to succeed within the role
* The role is office-based Monday - Friday with 8-hour shifts
* To carry out any other duties as requested by the Site Manager
* Willingness to learn
* Great attitude.
Essential Skills and Requirements:
* 1 year of direct sale experience
* 1 year of letting experience (desired)
* Driving licence (preferred)
* Self employed
* Willingness to learn
* Excellent negotiating skills
* Commitment to succeed within role
* Excellent customer service skills
