Our client is a leading international provider of scientific and consultancy services, regulatory advice and training to industry in sustainability, chemicals management and risk assessment.. They help ensure companies are compliant and the regulations affecting their supply chains and product portfolios. Their headquartered in the UK, with offices and representation across the globe. They offer a broad range of services that have developed from the roots in chemicals regulatory management and product stewardship. From hazard communications, scientific analysis and Green Chemistry to software development, risk/hazard assessments and quality management systems.

The Role:

Due to continued our clients growth, an opportunity has arisen to join their client as an Integrated Management System (IMS) Coordinator. As IMS Coordinator, you will be overseeing the day-to-day operation of the previously established company integrated management system to ensure ongoing compliance against the ISO 9001 Quality Management, ISO 14001 Environment Management, and ISO 27001 Information Security Management standards. You will be responsible for monitoring and measurement activities and will engage with employees at all levels within the organisation to ensure that ISO principles (e.g., risk management) are being upheld.

Responsibilities

* Engage with employees to ensure documentation is maintained and a culture of risk management and continual improvement is instilled across the group
* Maintain core documentation and monitor progress toward company objectives, targets, and programmes (OTPs)
* Perform risk assessments and update asset and impact registers
* Support the development and delivery of internal training programmes and prepare annual progress reports (e.g., carbon emissions, customer feedback)
* Participate in internal audits and conduct follow up activities
* Create and review company procedures as needed
* Liaise with external auditors for surveillance and certification audits.
* Identify areas of non-compliance, proactively manage corrective/preventive actions, and suggest actions to improve outcomes


Desirable:

* Knowledge of ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, 14001, 27001)
* Auditing knowledge and experience
* Experience working with management systems and introducing process controls
* An understanding of environmental, information security legislation
* An understanding of risk management
* Survey development and analysis
