ULR Operations Manager

Our client, a specialist Accident Management company, is looking for an experienced Operations Manager. Reporting to the Fleet General Manager the main purpose of the role will be the management, supervision and coordination of all movements and processes required to interface end to end accident management processes with core claims and repairs functions within the company. The main responsibilities will include:

• Supervision of ULR Operations Coordinator
• Management of client vehicle recovery using most appropriate resource
• Management of Internal client vehicle transfers to inspection locations
• Management of engineer inspections requests for recovered vehicles
• Management of client vehicles processing based on inspection outcome
• Management of client total loss and disposal process
• Management of client vehicles in storage locations
• Coordination of hire and repair for drivable repairs

Experience in a ULR claims management, accident management and/or vehicle recovery would be highly beneficial. Candidates with a broker or more general insurance background will also be considered. In addition, strong administration skills and attention to detail are essential.
