We are looking for a bright and motivated Manufacturing Engineer to join a multidisciplinary team at a highly innovative R&D company based in Cambridgeshire. The Manufacturing Engineer will be focusing on design for manufacture and design transfer to manufacture of products and processes for high technology medical devices industry. Requirements for Manufacturing Engineer



Good degree (BSc, BEng, MEng etc.) in Science or Engineering.



Demonstrated experience of working with fill/finish technologies in the pharmaceutical space, such as aseptic filling and sterilisation methodologies (gamma, ETO, E beam), validation.



Experience in design of products and processes from concept to the late-stage projects with a focus on process development and manufacturing realisation activities such as DFM, DFMA, pFMEA and QC plan, process validation IQ/OQ/PQ along with process equipment development - URS/TRS/FAT/SAT.



Ability to write technical documents and knowledge of regulations and best practices within pharmaceutical manufacturing.



Familiarity with packaging design and testing requirements.



Ability to communicate/present to clients and colleagues at all levels, commercial awareness and ability to spot opportunities for further business.
