A fast-moving, fast-thinking and vibrant London based B2B events company, our client has grown from an ambitious start-up to a worldwide leader in creating innovative and ground-breaking b2b events. They are considered thought leaders in the luxury travel industry, making an impact by defining specific travel genres and building passionate communities around them.

The Role:

Our client are now looking for an ambitious, enthusiastic, and commercially astute Marketing Manager to grow quickly, professionally and to become a key and recognizable face of their company within the industry.

The purpose of this role is to help produce and deliver the marketing strategy promoting globally one of their flagship events to delegates, exhibitors, and members of the press. You will be a fluent English speaker working across the marketing mix, with a real flair to create innovative and effective campaigns as well as contributing to develop the brand and identity of the show.

Role Responsibilities:

* Work with the head of the event to develop event strategy and objectives.
* Produce an annual marketing plan including the creation and design of various campaigns both brand and sale that meet the show`s long-term objectives
* Research and action initiatives to gain more market share and client acquisition within the travel industry.
* Spearhead initiatives to meet objectives based on lead generation, customer advocacy, and more.
* Drive marketing influenced pipeline and generated Marketing Qualified leads through onsite activations and support of the sales team.
* Choose the best marketing mix (social media, mailing, emailing, PR, etc.) to deliver the objectives of the show.
* Drive the social media content strategy of the show across multi channels - Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, linked, YouTube.
* Analyse, track, and report on Marketing campaigns ROI based on predetermined pipeline, revenue, and MQL metrics using CRM, email marketing, project management, and similar system
* Coordinate the content gathering and production of all collateral required for all key milestones such as show brochure, booking forms, show surveys, show guides, sponsorship documents, rate cards
* Build relationships with show customers and sponsors and partners on a one-to-one basis
* Interact with key decisions makers and account holders in the industry
* Work with in-house designers to ensure event display accurately represents the event brand. Ensure well prepared briefs are written for campaigns and other projects for effective briefing of the creative team.
* Testing and editing show App, liaising with digital team, and creative team when appropriate.
* Seek appropriate brands to develop brand partnerships and/or sponsorship opportunities with.
* Responsible for ordering and tracking event inventory include collateral, giveaways, etc
