My client based in Bath and has newly renovated modern offices, is looking for a Head of Product Design to work on the companies App, and to help manage the direction of the UI/ UX of their products. You will help to coordinate the App Design and deliver against strategic, and user aims. You will be a key link between the Digital Design team and the senior stakeholders in the business. This role will manage a team of 4 reports, including a UX Designer and Digital Designers and requires 5 years` experience working as an in-house designer.

The Role:

* You will lead web and mobile app and web design and design strategy strategy (UI, UX and GUI)
* Lead implementation of design library and design systems
* Generate conceptual design ideas for mobile app and related subscription products
* Leading the internal digital design team
* Implementing UX/UI and product design best practices within the digital design team
* Contributing to presentations and proposals for the design of the App


Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

* Knowledge of design strategies for mobile apps and websites is essential (UX/UI exposure)
* Experience working closely with senior stakeholders
* Ideally, you`ll have experience working on free-to-paid products
* Experience working in the sports industry would be beneficial, but not essential.
