Marketing Manager - Digital Solutions

Location: Home Based

Our client`s team has a wealth of knowledge in developing and implementing business information systems, and training end-users to maximize investments made. Working across sectors from construction businesses through to charities and Public sector.

The role can be home-based and there would be a requirement to visit offices in Kent and Bristol on an as-needed basis.

The Role:

They are looking for a creative, passionate individual with sound experience in marketing and brand within software or digital transformation to lead and deliver their Marketing and Events function.

* The ability to think strategically and with efficient and effective planning and event / programme management delivery skills, they need an individual who is highly creative and able to bring positive influence, using your knowledge and experience of marketing digital solutions to their audiences, building awareness of their organisation and its services, and ensuring their Senior Team are supported to meet their consumers` needs.
* With synchronised ambitions for excellence in all activities, they require a hands-on individual with a proactive approach to co-ordinate and orchestrate successful delivery of their marketing plan and it`s agreed objectives and activities, Including
* Oversee the implementation of marketing plans and ensure that their brand and communication objectives and activities are delivered to an extremely high standard.
* Produce creative content and proofread marketing copy to ensure consistent messaging.
* Manage their social media channels to enhance audience engagement.
* Organise events, webinars, receptions, and exhibitions.
* Carry out focused market research and define initiatives for marketing and representing new products or services.
* Track success of marketing outputs and lead continual improvement of their campaigns and strategies.


Who are they looking for? Someone that can offer:

* Previous experience in a Marketing Manager role for a software or digital transformation business for at least 3 years.
* Previous experience and demonstrable success of compiling and delivering both strategic and operational marketing and event plans, including but not limited to event planning and internal programme management.
* Client-facing competencies, and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, across multiple audiences and media.
* Excellent presentation skills, able to deliver to all levels including but not limited to the most senior
* Stakeholders within an organisation / C-level audience.
* The ability to think strategically and be able to effectively and efficiently forward plan short, medium, and long term activities and objectives, and deliver the required outputs on time and on budget.
* Demonstrable creativity, with the skills and ability to produce inventive and innovative marketing solutions that deliver to the company`s st
