Senior Building Surveyor
Twickenham - London
Senior Building Surveyor (Chartered)
Location: Twickenham (London)
Salary: Up to 55k
I am looking for a Senior Building Surveyor (Chartered) to manage the expanding contract projects for our client. Your projects will be principally located in central and greater London dealing with a mix of high-end residential and commercial properties.
Responsibilities:
* Specification writing and contract administration.
* Building pathology ranging from specific defect analysis through to estate wide condition reports.
* Party wall services.
* Production of maintenance plans and cost plans.
* Fire reinstatement cost assessments.
* Preparation of schedules of dilapidations.
* Licences for alteration works.
