Senior Designer (FMCG Packaging)

The Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Packaging Designer to join my clients team and work with some of the biggest names in the FMCG sector

Role Responsibilities:

* Proactively drive the standards of design within the department.
* Roll out style guide-based range extensions.
* Confidently liaise directly with Account Managers to ensure full understanding of the client`s brief.
* Take complete ownership of all assigned design projects from initial briefing through to final presentation.
* Ensure that all deadlines are met within project budgets.
* Inspire and line manager junior members of the design team
* Competently work with stock imagery to create photo-realistic serving suggestion compositions.


Essential Skills and Requirements:

* A Stunning Portfolio: Filled with design work that makes you proud.
* Industry Experience: 5 years with a FMCG packaging-focused brand design agency.
* Leadership Skills: Confident in your approach in providing positive motivation and mentorship to less experienced designers.
* A Collaborative and Curious Spirit: A team player willing to play their part with an unquenchable thirst to learn new things.
* Proactive and Positive Attitude: Able to self-motivate, thrive under pressure, and keep the energy positive in the studio at all times
