A leading foreign bank who are based in Central London are seeking a Risk Manager to join their Risk Management and Regulatory Compliance department to be responsible for the regular assessment and management of risks faced by the Bank. Salary GBP 55,000 - GBP 70,000 plus Excellent benefits and work from home options.
Risk Manager Responsibilities:
* Preparation of risk reports and key policy documents, for Senior Management and Board. To include annual update of core ICAAP and ILAAP documentation
* Taking the lead in regulatory project work
* Managing model risk oversight
* Developing the Bank`s third-party risk management framework
* Credit, liquidity and large exposure risk oversight
* Reporting and monitoring of the Bank`s Key Risk Indicators
* Production of reports where required, to the Financial Conduct Authority and Prudential Regulation Authority
* Management responsibilities, leading and developing a team
About you:
* The ideal candidates will have the knowledge and understanding of UK regulatory environment in relation to prudential, credit, and operational risks, and operational resilience.
* Strong numeric and analytical skills.
* Sound team leadership and coaching skills.
* Experience of risk management within a UK regulated financial institution.
