A great opportunity for a HR Advisor to join a growing HR team in a leading Bank.
This role would suit a HR generalist with experience working in Financial Services. Someone confident in handling employee relations and supporting the HR Director and business-facing teams. You will be involved of all aspects of the employee lifecycle and be the go to person for staff.

HR Duties will include:
* Assist with recruitment and the on boarding process.
* Updating HR Policies.
* Prepare HR documents, offer letters and employment contracts.
* Update and maintain HR Systems and Excel databases.
* Organise and deliver Induction programme/on-boarding for all new employees.
* Managing filing and archiving for all HR related documents
* Assisting payroll department by providing relevant employee information
What we are looking for:
* The ideal candidate will be CIPD Qualified or Degree educated.
* Be a HR Generalist.
* Have experience working in Financial Services.
* Excellent communicator.
* Friendly, hands on, team player.
