The Role:
A fantastic opportunity for a Chartered Residential Building Surveyor and Valuer with a competitive salary of GBP 50,000 - GBP 70,000, to join an experienced Chartered Surveyors and RICS Registered Valuers that provide a portfolio of professional residential and commercial services.
Duties:
* This role will carry out Residential RICS Level 3 Building Surveys and RICS Level 2 Homebuyer Reports, providing clients with peace of mind on their purchase and will work with them to achieve the best outcome on all their property matters.
* The role as a Chartered Residential Building Surveyor and Valuer will be responsible form Valuations, Party Wall Matters, Renewals and assist on a range of property matters.
