Location: Bromsgrove (Hybrid Working)

We`re looking for a proven digital marketer to lead our clients digital team. You might be a proven departmental Account Director looking for a smaller agency in which you can make your mark, or you may be a very competent and hungry Senior Manager looking to take their first step into managing a department. The job title, along with the package, is open and very much dependent on your experience.

Our client is a full-service, marketing communications agency in the west Midlands, they work with a whole range of clients of different sizes across different sectors. They offer strategic marketing services, working to understand their clients business and developing cross-discipline campaigns that meet their business objectives.

Public Relations (PR), Branding, Web Design and Development, Ecommerce, Creative services and print media, Community Affairs, Digital Marketing, Social Media, SEO, PPC - Google AdWords and Bing Ads, e-CRM, Email Marketing, Development PR, Strategic Consultancy, and Property PR
The Role:
You`ll have a string of successful PPC and SEO campaign case studies experience. As part of the senior management team, you`ll play a key role in reporting to the board and shaping the future of thier highly successful integrated agency . You will need to understand how PR, social, content and everything else feeds into an effective digital presence.
In other words, your grasp of marketing is as strong as your grasp of digital. You`re also a confident communicator who enjoys dealing directly with clients, turning all of that complex technical information into everyday language and in doing so, you engage and enthuse our clients.
Responsibilities:
* Manage direct day-to-day communication with the company`s key clients, acting as strategic lead.
* Digital marketing: Implement/oversee campaigns including, strategy, optimising, managing, and reporting
* Managing website projects, working closely with the in-house Senior Developer.
* Leading, nurturing, developing and growing the digital team
* Managing Digital Department finances (monthly invoicing and forecasting).
* Business development: both new business and existing including preparation of proposal including presenting
* Presenting to the Board where required
* Regular client reviews/meetings/updates
Skills Required:
* You`re a talented digital marketer with a proven track record of running successful digital paid campaigns and can demonstrate how they have delivered on client objectives.
* You have 3-5 years` experience working in an agency.
* You have experience in transforming a client brief into a well-planned out digital strategy that works towards the objectives set.
* You`re an expert in online paid advertising
* Excellent understanding of SEO, UX and U
