Location: Loughborough, Leicestershire
Salary: GBP 30,000 - GBP 50,000 (based on experience)

The Role:
* Running your own caseload in the busy Family department.
* Working alongside another experienced family solicitor and a great team of secretaries.

* Based in an office right in the heart of a thriving town centre.
Responsibilities:
* Advising and assisting clients on a range of family law matters including divorce, separation, financial remedy application, private children law, pre-nuptial and cohabitation agreements.
* Running files in accordance with case management system, office procedures and regulatory requirements.
* Working as a team with rest of department but undertaking own admin tasks and preparing/sending own emails/letters/documents where appropriate.
Essential Skills and Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years in family law work
* Legal knowledge,
* Commercial awareness
* Communication (written and oral)
* Organisation
* IT Literacy
* Ability to work under pressure
* Enthusiasm
* Teamwork
* Confidentiality
Hours:
* Full time. Core hours: Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pm (35 hours per week) (FTE)
* Options for hybrid working available
