This is a fantastic opportunity for a Commercial Property Manager with a competitive salary of GBP 60,000-GBP 70,000, to join a small team to undertake and assist with key aspects of Property Management for our clients relating to commercial properties throughout the country.

The Role:

The role as a Commercial Property Manager provides an opportunity to enhance experience and skills in managing a wide range of commercial properties. As Commercial Property Manager the position will provide exposure and involve detailed hands-on management and higher-level client contact.

Skills, experience, and qualifications:

* Minimum 5 years` experience of commercial property management
* MRICS/FRICS qualifications or have the appropriate experience and knowledge of what is required at Chartered Surveyor Level
* Must own a car and will receive standard mileage allowance and expenses for travel
* Experience in dealing with service charges budget and accounts would be advantageous
