Our client is a fast growing, full service law firm offering legal advice to UK and international businesses as well as individuals and families, and is listed in the Legal 500 for the Thames Valley. Their new build department, which handles a large number of transactions every year and is on the panel for some very prestigious and well known builders, is now recruiting a full time Residential Property Senior Level Fee Earner to join their team.

The Role:

The qualified Residential Property fee earner will work with their busy and successful CQS accredited team with the focus mainly on handling new build transactions. The successful candidate will be part of a team consisting of fee earners and highly skilled paralegals to deliver excellent service to the clients at all times.

The Person:

* Applicants will have experience of working in a fast paced conveyancing department and dealing with a high volume work.
* Possess relevant residential property experience gained in private practice,
* Experience working in new build essential.
* Experience in working as part of a team.
* Applications from Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers or Legal Executives invited.
