Our client, an award-winning provider of Cloud Contact Centre Communications solutions, seeks to appoint an experienced Major Account Manager to manage a single high-profile, multi-million pound contract.
The role is that of revenue protection and retain and to manage the high profile account with the support of a small team encompassing Sales, Service Management, Technical Support and Compliance.
The individual we seek will be structured, disciplined and accurate with attention to detail and who can carry himself / herself with gravitas before the client, manage the account and support team solidly and accurately and protect the annual revenues.
