Chartered Building Surveyor
Location: Guernsey, Channel Islands GY2 4SD
Salary: GBP 60,000-GBP 70,000 P/A DOE
We are looking to recruit an ambitious Chartered Building Surveyor, for this long established, Private Practice Chartered Surveyors, on the beautiful island of Guernsey. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to take on additional responsibilities and develop their career, within this supportive practice.
The Role:
It is a varied role, encompassing the full spectrum of building surveying activities, including commercial and residential surveys, defect analysis design and specification in connection with insurance claims.
Additional Duties:
* Design, tendering and administration of contacts for building projects of all types of property,
* Preparation of expert witness reports and advising clients and their legal teams in connection with litigation and arbitration matters.
* You will also be involved in doing acquisition surveys and home buyers reports.
Required Skills:
* Have a Building Surveying Degree
* Be a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Building Surveyors
* Should be an RICS Registered Valuer
* Have a minimum of 3 years post Qualification experience.
