Salary: GBP 50,000 - GBP 55,000

The Role

A leading Training company are looking to recruit an Office Manager to join their team and have overall responsibility for operations, HR, customer service, purchasing and sales as well as management responsibilities for a team of 3. Salary circa GBP 55,000.

The ideal candidate will have Office and Operations management experience and have worked in a similar industry.

Office Manager Responsibilities:

* Manage office operations.
* Assist in ensuring training courses are run successfully.
* Manage trainers and help find contract trainers for courses.
* Manage the video training product and ensure it reaches market.
* Oversee the provision of training services.
* HR Duties; 360 Recruitment, working with agencies, shortlisting and interviewing new staff.
* Onboarding new starters.
* People management responsibilities.
* Assisting the sales team with sales administration to improve efficiency.
* Updating and maintaining the CRM database.
* Management of general office supplies and office equipment.
* Facilities management.
* All strategic and operational purchasing.


Essential Skills and Requirements:

* Ideally qualified to a degree level.
* Experience in an Office Manager, Operations Manager, Office Support, Training Manager, Project Manager or Facilities Manager role.
* Experience in either of the following industries; training, schools, universities. general support services.
* Experience managing a team.
* Ability to prioritise, multitask and run all operations.
