The Company:

Our client are one of the UK`s largest and most reputable will writing and estate planning companies. With over 500 Associates nationwide, all the staff are fully qualified in advising on will writing, Lasting Powers of Attorney, trusts as well as probate services.

The Role

They are now recruiting for a Senior Probate Case Manager with experience managing a caseload of Probate matters. This role is based in Worksop (S81) where they operate hybrid working - the team currently work 2 days per week in the office and the remainder at home.

Key Responsibilities:

* Managing a probate caseload of taxable estate administration cases
* Checking probate applications
* Liaising with Associates by telephone and email, providing professional support
* Using the full case management and accounting system (Isokon) to organise your workload effectively and to produce relevant documentation.
* In delivering the full estate administration process, you will manage and technically progress a caseload from start to finish, as well as to play an active role in supporting more junior members of the team.


Experience and qualifications:

* To be successful in this role you`ll need to have experience within Private Clients.
* Being STEP or CILEX qualified or part-qualified is advantageous, or you must be willing to work towards either qualification in role.
