Location: Ashby de la Zouch, (LE65)
Salary: GBP 35k - GBP 60k per year
The Client:
Our client are a friendly independent law firm based in Ashby-de-la-Zouch. They are looking for a Fee earner to join their Wills and Probate team.
The Role:
As a Wills and Probate Fee Earner you will be expected to have a high degree of self-management and initiative to manage a varied caseload of transactional work.
Duties:
* Your will handle a varied caseload of Wills, lasting powers of attorney, the setting up and administration of trusts, Court of Protection and the administration of estates (both with and without a Will), and variation of Wills
* Assist the Head of Department with any other relevant duties as and when required and working together to promote the department as a whole
* Diligent and accurate use of the firms Case Management System
* Building upon the firm`s reputation to attract key clients and assist with the firm`s marketing initiatives
Requirements:
* You will be a qualified Solicitor, or Fellow of Cilex with a minimum 2 years PQE (We will consider the candidates who have more or less experience)
* Experience of working within a busy Wills and Probate department
* The ability to handle a varied caseload with minimal supervision
* A target driven approach with exceptional client care and communication skills (both verbal and written)
* A highly organised approach and the ability to prioritise
* A high level of attention to detail with a can do attitude

* GBP 35,000.00-GBP 60,000.00 per year
