Our client is searching for a Corporate MandA Lawyer within the media, entertainment or technology sectors, advising across a broad range of corporate transactions including MandA.
The Role:
Advising on a broad range of complex corporate transactions across diverse sectors, specialising in MandA, including private equity transactions of all types, acquisitions joint ventures and shareholder arrangements, as well as other corporate finance transactions and corporate governance advice. The role also offers an excellent path to partnership opportunity.
Role requirements
* Have 6 PQE in the UK corporate MandA practice( Magic Circle or Silver Circle Firm)
* Have excellent academics credentials
* Have commerciality and demonstrable business development experience
* Have excellent written communication and drafting skills
* Be able to develop strong relationships with clients and to take responsibility for the relationship.
