5-day working week and profit-related pay

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Branch Manager to joinone of the leading estate agents with a 5 Star Trustpilot rating from more than 1k happy customers. Our client have been in business for over 28 years.

You will be planning and implementing sales and marketing activities. You will be responsible for managing and motivating staff, recruiting, training and developing staff according to company policies and employment law, and ensuring HR procedures are followed.

Responsibilities:

* Growing market share significantly and identifying business growth opportunities.
* Meeting office targets for turnover, growth, and profitability.
* Overseeing the activities of the branch and personnel
* Planning, forecasting, and reporting on sales according to company requirements.
* Winning instructions and generating business and implementing marketing activities.
* Where in your control, manage costs and overheads and all factors affecting profitability of your office.
* Ensure all cross-selling opportunities are achieved with both personal and offices targets met and ensuring ancillary sales are targeted daily.
* Manage health and safety, security, and emergency systems according to company policy.
* Attend meetings and contribute to company strategy.


Requirements:

* Previous experience in a similar role in an estate agency
* Fully understands the principles of how to win business (market sector targeting, features benefits solution selling)
* Confident in managing a team and a busy estate agency office.
* Must be adept at the use of MS Office suite particularly in Excel and Word
* Familiarity with Reapit would be useful.
* Must be a very competent writer of business letters, proposals, and sales particulars.
