An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Wills, Trusts and Probate Solicitor/Legal Executive to join their team.

The Role:

You will be responsible for providing legal guidance and services related to wills, trusts, and probate matters.

Duties:

* Advising clients on estate planning, wills, trusts, and other legal matters related to their assets and estate.
* Drafting legal documents such as wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
* Administering estates and managing the distribution of assets after a clients death.
* Representing clients in court in probate and estate-related disputes.
* Providing guidance on tax and inheritance issues.
* Keeping up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations related to wills, trusts, and probate.


Requirements:

* At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
* Good understanding of all aspects of Wills, Trusts and Probate in particular Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection, Estate Administration, Trusts and Tax planning
* Preferably STEP qualified or part qualified or willing to undertake STEP training
* Able to handle their own caseload
* Working to build a business development strategy with other teams.
