We are working with a highly respected law firm in Wiltshire that has a strong presence across the county and offers a comprehensive range of legal services for individuals and businesses. The Role:
Due to expansion, our client seeks to appoint two lawyers to manage strong existing caseloads but also with lots of client-based growth opportunities through various networking and development routes. The positions are to work within a highly experienced and supportive department though you will be encouraged to carry out your own advocacy.
Requirements:
* At least 1 year post qualification experience working within Family Law
* Experience in dealing with all aspects of divorce, separation, financial settlements, children matters,
* Experience in injunctions and pre/post-nuptial agreements is required.
* Excellent client care and negotiating skills are a pre-requisite.
