Our client, an expanding law firm is in search of a Property Lawyer with significant expertise in handling the caseload of residential property. This is a permanent position that offers a hybrid work arrangement, although the client is open to providing fully remote work for the ideal candidate.
The Role:
The desired candidate should possess a comprehensive understanding and extensive knowledge of residential property law, enabling them to independently manage their caseload with minimal supervision. The caseload itself will encompass a diverse range of commercial/residential property matters.
Requirements:
* You will be a property lawyer or residential conveyancer
* Experience in managing the workload of residential property
* Commercial property experience is advantageous
* Proficient in independently handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
* Comprehensive knowledge of the law and practice related to conveyancing
* Demonstrated track record of generating substantial billing
